| Two-sauced chicken with Sauternes wine |
To serve with: Château de ROLLAND Barsac Sauternes
For 4 persons
Ingredients :
- 1 chicken
- 4 celeries
- Shallots
- 4 turnips
- 4 carrots
- Sauternes wine CHATEAU DE ROLLAND BARSAC
- 4 whites of a leek
- Crème fraîche
Recipe:
Saute for not too long the chicken legs and wings. Add the shallots; dilute the pan juices with CHATEAU DE ROLLAND 1998, after having degreased and dried the pan and the chicken pieces. Once the chicken is cooked, lower the heat and add crème fraîche.
Steam the vegetables in a pot.
Put the vegetables and the chicken pieces on a plate and pour the sauce upon them. Serve with cool CHATEAU DE ROLLAND BARSAC SAUTERNES.
