| Surimi with fruits and vegetables |
To serve with: Château de Rolland Bordeaux blanc sec

Ingredients :

200 g (7.08 oz) surimi
- 1 avocado
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 orange
- 3 limes
- 2 onions
- 1 salad
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- Tabasco
- Salt
Recipe:
Rinse and dry the salad. Cut the surimi in pieces. Peel the grapefruit and orange. Cut them in wedges.
Peel and mince the onion. Peel and mince the avocado and press 1 lime above it. Dispose all these ingredients harmoniously on each plate.
Mix 2 pressed limes, a pinch of salt, the olive oil and a few drops Tabasco in a bowl. Pour the sauce on the salad when serving the dish.
Serve it with a cool CHATEAU DE ROLLAND BORDEAUX BLANC SEC.
