| The Sauternes Cup |
To make with: Château de Rolland Barsac Sauternes
Recipe:
Put fruits cut in dices in a big sallad bowl (use fruits from the present season: abricots, peaches, pears, apples, etc...) and orange slices.
Pour Sauternes wine above (2 glasses per person) and add a glass of white alcohol. Let it macerate in the refrigerator for an hour.
Serve with ice cubs and sparkling water.
