| Pumpkin soup |
To serve with: Château de Rolland Graves blanc sec
Ingredients:
- 1,5 kg (3.3 Lbs) pumpkin
- salt, pepper
- 3 tablespoons crème fraîche
Recipe:
Peel and wash the pumpkin. Cut it in pieces.
Take a bigger saucepan, boil water in it and put the pumpkin pieces in it. The pieces need only to be covered with water. Boil up for 15 minutes.
Use a mixer after it has been boiled. Add salt and pepper. Add the crème fraîche before serving and stir thoroughly.
Serve it with CHATEAU DE ROLLAND GRAVES BLANC SEC.
