| Pork fillets with green and red pepper |
Ingredients :
- 800 gr. pork fillet (1.76 Lbs)
- 35 gr. butter (1.23 oz)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 4 red peppers
- 4 green peppers
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 onions
- Parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
Recipe:
Peel the garlic cloves and put them in the pork fillet. Melt butter in a cocotte and put the fillet in it. Add pepper and salt.
Peel the onions, cut them in slices and put them in the cocotte.
Wash and cut the peppers in slices. Heat up oil in a pan and saute the peppers. Put them in the cocotte.
Cook the meat for 30 min.
Cut fresh parsley over the fillet and serve the dish together .
