Ingredients:
- 1 orange
- 1 pear
- 2 mangos
- 2 gelatin blades
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 25 cl (8.45 fl.oz) Sauternes wine
- 2 twigs fresh mint

Recipe:
Let the gelatin blades macerate in cold water for 10 minutes. Peel the mangoes and cut them in small pieces. Do the same with the pear.
Wash and cut the mint blades. Press the orange to get the juice. Heat it up together with the gelatin for 10 minutes in a casserole. Add sugar. Remove the casserole from the heat and pour the wine. Pour a part of the mixture in individual dessert cups.
Add the fruits and the mint leaves and pour the rest of the mixture. Let it cool in the fridge for 4 hours.
