| Cantaloupe with sauternes |
To serve with: Château de Rolland Barsac Sauternes
Dish for 4 persons
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe melons
- 4 slices of Parma ham
- 1 bottle of CHATEAU DE ROLLAND BARSAC SAUTERNES
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Preparation:
Cut the melons in two. Make small balls of the melons with a scoop. Put them in a glass bowl and add sugar and 1 glass of SAUTERNES.
Put it in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Stir it the meantime.
Serve it with Parma ham and a glass of cool SAUTERNES CHATEAU DE ROLLAND.
