| Aland pancake |
- 1 L (33.8 fl oz) milk
- 1,5 dl (5.07 fl oz) rice grains
- 8 tablespoons flour
- 2 eggs
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- Some molded cardamom
- Prune cream
- Whipped cream
Recipe:
Grease a baking mould (deep enough) and set on the oven (210 o C – 410 o F – Th 6-7).
Cook the milk and rice together in a wider pot. Beat the eggs and sugar together in a bowl. Pour it then in the pot. Add flour, salt and cardamom. Pour more milk if the mixture is too thick. Pour it then in the mould.
Cook in the oven for 45-60 min.
Serve it with prune cream and whipped cream and a CHATEAU DE ROLLAND BORDEAUX BLANC SEC.
