Dish for 6 persons
Ingredients :
- 500 g (17,5 oz) fresh colored tortellini
- 3 tomatoes
- Fresh basil
- Mayonnaise
- Thick crème fraîche
Recipe:
Cook the pasta. Drain it off and let it cool down. Cut the tomatoes into dices. Make a sauce of the mayonnaise and the crème fraìche. Add salt.
Put the tomatoes in a bowl with the pasta. Add the sauce and strew fresh basil over it.
Put it in the fridge before serving the dish with CHATEAU DE ROLLAND GRAVES SEC.
